We started our journey in 1992 as a boutique London-based executive learning and development consultancy. In 2007, we were asked by a client (one of the ten largest companies in the UK) to help them get to grips with their coaching offer.
Our solution was to create an outsourced model for the management of their entire executive coaching proposition. That’s how Coachmatch was born in 2007.
Today we are still London-based and we are still listening to our clients’ needs and delivering transformation. Our programmes and services offer a unique blend of individual executive coaching; organisational, team, and leadership development; outplacement and career transition support.
At the heart of Coachmatch is a core team of highly experienced, multi-disciplinary business consultants and executives whose expertise spans human resources, organisational development, psychology, executive coaching, facilitation, marketing and public relations, internal communications and client services.
Together, with over 200 world-class coaches and consultants, we are able to offer the same high-quality service, whether an individual or organisation is based in Birmingham or Brussels, Halifax or Houston, Surrey or Singapore.

Trudi is one of the UK’s leading Executive Coaches and Organisational Development Consultants. Trudi founded coaching consultancy drc in 1992 and has built a reputation for her strategic and inspirational approach to partnering leaders and businesses through change. Prior to this, Trudi built a successful career in HR; she held senior roles within M&S and was Personnel and Training Director at Coles plc.

Ben is the architect of the Coachmatch operating approach and business systems. Prior to joining the founding team at Coachmatch, Ben was a member of the senior team at drc, where he gained broad experience in organisational learning and change; this followed his early career in the film industry where he had held the appointment of General Manager of one of the UK’s leading film extras agencies and was responsible for casting many major feature film and television productions.

Angela’s career began in sales and marketing, including founding ‘The Big Picture’, a corporate events consultancy. Her passion for personal development led her to become a highly regarded Executive Coach and a Partner in coaching consultancy drc. Angela was part of the founding team at Coachmatch and partners with our clients to create the right solutions to support their strategic change agendas.

Remi has a 20-year background in PR and communications and has worked with many of the world’s most iconic brands. Her enthusiasm for communication, and discovering what makes folks tick, led her to the world of development. She takes a creative and strategic approach to her consulting, coaching, and facilitation work and is known for her frank and direct, yet fun and supportive approach.

Mark partners with our clients to support the development of coaching strategies, as well as ensuring we continue to have access to the highest quality coaching resources. Both a qualified executive coach and an HR executive of substantial experience, Mark’s previous roles have included heading Leadership Development at Arcadia Group and in Talent and Succession within Financial Services. He is a visiting member of faculty at the Academy of Executive Coaching and holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.
